Under his leadership, ClearPoint Digital leverages AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize how employer health plans are designed, quoted, underwritten, priced, and administered—positioning technology as a core competitive differentiator in the healthcare marketplace.

With more than 20 years of experience architecting and scaling enterprise technology platforms, Tawfiq has spent the past decade focused on digitally transforming the healthcare payer ecosystem and delivering measurable impact through custom software development, systems integration, data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI.

Tawfiq has led high-impact product, architecture, and technology delivery teams, combining deep healthcare domain expertise with hands-on technical and product leadership at organizations including UnitedHealth Group, Elevance Health, and Amazon. He has also led go-to-market and solution architecture teams, shaping product strategy, partnerships, and business development to accelerate growth and customer adoption of technology.
