Lorie brings expertise in healthcare IT, where she led HR strategy and workforce transitions, including employee rebadging and change management during organizational transformations. This experience positions her to effectively support healthcare technology organizations
navigating growth, integration, and operational change while maintaining employee engagement and business continuity.
Throughout her career, Lorie has partnered with executive leadership teams to design and implement talent solutions that drive customer satisfaction, strengthen organizational capability, and support profitable growth. Her expertise spans succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and total rewards. She is recognized for combining strategic insight with practical, results-oriented execution.
Lorie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and an M.S. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is a recipient of the Marquis “Who’s Who in the Field of Human Resourcs,” and previously served on the Board of Florida Industrial Organizational Psychology (FIOP) in the roles of Secretary and Treasury. Lorie is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Nextran Corporation, a multi-state distributor of Mack and Volvo Class 8 trucks, and resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
